    Nuzhat wrote this from the heart. As a former manager of hers when she was an intern at Nokia, I can guarantee she did everything she states in her article, and more. She was always eager to help out, volunteering for task, but always managing her time to do the best effort for successful completion of the task. Everyday she came in, she was smiling and full of energy. It made others around her more productive! She never took for granted the opportunity.
