I agree that students should take the time to connect with alumni (networking is very important, especially today), know themselves, and have a clearly defined plan.  In prepping for interviews, students should take advantage of actual interview questions from interviewees as can be found on &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.glassdoor.com/index.htm&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Glassdoor.com&lt;/a&gt; for free.  All of the students and career services professionals I&#039;ve spoken with have agreed it&#039;s a valuable tool to aid in interview preparation.
